CITY COMMISSION

Special Meeting

February 23, 2016                                                                                                                 4:55 P.M.

Special Meeting was called to order at 4:55 p.m. by Mayor Brian Linin, with Commissioner Gwen Mai and Vice-Mayor Annette Fairbanks responding to roll call.  Commissioner John Garcia and Commissioner Gary Farris were reported absent.

Also present was Gerry Bieker – City Manager and Suzanne McClure – Economic Development Director.

1. Resolution 1473: Interlocal Agreement for Consolidated Emergency Communications – ON A MOTION by Vice-Mayor Fairbanks to approve Resolution 1473: Interlocal Agreement for Consolidated Emergency Communications seconded by Commissioner Mai. MOTION carried on a VOTE of 3-0.

ADJOURNMENT WAS HAD ON A MOTION by Commissioner Mai, seconded by Vice-Mayor Fairbanks.   MOTION carried by unanimous VOTE, meeting adjourned at 4:56 p.m.
